Yes I am writing a food blog today, and it’s not strange at all because I love cooking from bottom most of my heart. And today I made bread rolls with adding a new pinch in the recipe. Also I will add pictures step-by-step so that it will be a bit easy for you to understand. So here are the ingredients listed below:-
Ingredients– Bread 🍞 Oil (emoji nahi mila😢) Boiled Potatoes🥔 (5-7medium-sized, 9-10small-sized) Finely chopped onion, capsicum, cabbage, and green chillies. Red chilli powder (1 teaspoon) Any Sabzi masala of your choice (1 tablespoon) Garam masala (1 teaspoon) Roasted cumin powder (1/2 teaspoon) Salt to taste Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon) NOTE: The quantity mentioned can serve 5-6 people easily.
Now, coming to the procedure, first of all mash the boiled potatoes, add the chopped veggies, now add all the spices with salt and black pepper. Now in a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil or a small cube of butter, put your stuffing in the pan and half cook the veggies. It will take 3 to 4 minutes to get the veggies half cooked.Off the gas and let the stuffing cool down.The next step is optional, here we have to cut the sides of the bread it’s totally up to you.I did it in starting but after making 3 to 4 rolls I used the breads without cutting sides. Now simply take some water in a bowl. The next step is a bit tricky so be careful. You have to dip one side of your bread in the water take it off, squeeze the water very smoothly, softly, carefully. Don’t let your bread slices break. When all the water is squeezed from the bread you have to add stuffing in the middle of the slice and roll all the leftover part to the stuffing. Your rolls/balls will be ready. Don’t panic may be one or two in the starting will break but don’t fret about it, it won’t happen after you’ll make two three rolls. Once you are done with making the balls let them get dry. Now take oil in the kadhai and you have to deep fry them, oil should be super hot,keep the flame medium it will take three to four minutes to fry one batch of three rolls.Once it’s done , serve it with ketchup, mayo or any chutney of your choice and HAVE FUN!!
